Unlimited access to all articles and premium content from Bloomberg Línea Brazil, Latin America and the Caribbean sites, in addition to receiving Breaking News by email and content suggestions of interest to the reader.

What is the cost of subscriptions?

For the monthly subscription, we offer a promotional launch price of $5, with $10 being the original price (see promotion validity). Quarterly subscription is $25, annual subscription with promotion is $50, original price is $100 (see promotion validity). Values are in U.S. dollars (USD) and may be subject to change according to promotions or partner coupons.

Customers who purchased the subscription from a Promo won't have the billing value changed in the future.

What are the accepted payment methods?

As Bloomberg Línea is a global product, the accepted method is credit card. Our digital payment provider has state-of-the-art technology that guarantees the user a secure purchase.

What data is required for registration?

When registering, it is necessary to provide only Name, Surname, Email, Password and country of residence.

How do I access my account for the first time?

Go to bloomberglinea.com/subscription-en, choose the plan that best suits your needs, create an account and proceed to checkout and provide your credit card details. After this step, you can use the same login for all sites. If you need to check or change your details, access the menu under 'My Account'.

Can I cancel my subscription plan at any time?

No, subscriptions end on the last day of the contracted period. If you have any problems or questions, please send your request via email to support@bloomberglinea.com.

How can I renew my subscription?

Currently, at Bloomberg Línea we are in a transition process to a new subscription provider, therefore there is no automatic subscription renewal.

Is it possible to change the payment method?

No. It is only possible to change the payment credit card details in 'My Account', 'Cards'.

How do I change my registration information?

Once logged in, access the 'My Account' menu on the 'My Profile' page and change the information as shown in the fields. Then click 'Save Changes' for the update to be saved.

I'm a subscriber and I forgot my password. How can I request a new one?

Click on the Login icon and then on 'Forgot Password'. It is necessary to provide your registration email so that a password reset link can be sent.

How can I get in touch for other queries?

Can I ask for a refund? Under what circumstances will I be refunded?

If you are wrongly charged, you can request a refund via email at support@bloomberglinea.com. The amount will be refunded through the credit card used, unless a virtual card was used. In this case, the refund cannot be made.

Can I use a virtual card to pay for the subscription?

Yes. However, as this type of card is used for a single transaction and then expires, it will not be possible to carry out refunds.

On how many devices can I access my account?

Your account can be accessed simultaneously on a desktop and a mobile device.

Are there any restrictions on where I can access my account from?

There are no geographic restrictions on using your account.
