Fabio Adegas Faccio has been CEO of Lojas Renner since April 2019, when he replaced José Galló, then leader for 20 years at the company. Faccio has a degree in administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and an MBA in Retail from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/SP). He started at Renner in January 1999 as a Trainee, later assuming the position of Store Manager. He also served as Director of Product and Director of Operations, Regional Manager, General Manager of Stores and Director of Stores.
