Liliana Restrepo co-founded the first breaded chicken chain in Colombia, with the purpose of “feeding with love”. The Frisby Foundation is also part of the business organization. A graduate in economics from the Universidad Libre de Pereira, with a postgraduate degree in project management from the Universidad San Francisco de Quito, she has also trained in ontological coaching, organizational and community transformation and neurolinguistic programming.
