This entrepreneurial duo made their mark this year as they turned their proptech company into Colombia’s second unicorn, after Rappi. The company, which also has operations in Mexico, raised US$200 million in May to enter the select group of unicorns, after which it announced the closing of several additional lines of credit for US$75 million. Its business model promises customers to buy their home in 10 days, remodel it in less than 15 days and sell it in 45 to 60 days.
