One of the most traditional luxury hotels in São Paulo, the complex opened in 1986 and was once called Sheraton and Gran Meliá. Since 2008, it has been managed by the Tivoli chain, when it underwent a major refurbishment. The hotel has hosted celebrities, such as Amy Winehouse, Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber, the King of Sweden, Carl XVI Gustaf, and Emperor Naruhito, of Japan, when he was still a prince.

Amenities: One of the hotel’s attractions is the Seen bar and restaurant, with panoramic views of the city of São Paulo. The menu is varied and offers everything from sushi to meat, fish, pasta and vegan options. There is also a bar, Must, overlooking the pool. The hotel also boasts the Anatara spa.

Business and events tips: The hotel has eight function rooms for events, with a total capacity for up to 1,100 people. The rooms have different areas that can accommodate from seven to 600 people each, depending on the location and furniture arrangement.
