One of the top 30 restaurants to do business in Latin America

Why choose it: The classic dishes of Italian haute cuisine have been attracting connoisseurs since 1994 to this restaurant of the Fasano group, which also operates in the luxury hospitality segment. Gero is located in one of the most fashionable streets of the Jardins area, populated by global fashion brands. Occupying a room with exposed brick, the venue mixes an atmosphere of simplicity and sophistication, where fresh handmade pasta is one of the hallmarks of its menu.

Business tip: among the highlights of the menu, the city’s food critics recommend, for example, the tortelli stuffed with pumpkin and the linguini with scallops, while the most recommended desserts are the vanilla panna cotta with strawberry syrup and the mille-feuille. The wine list includes not only Italian, but also French, Argentine, Uruguayan, Chilean and Portuguese labels.

Average cost per person (without beverages) R$ 400 (USD 80).
