Isabel Cristina Martínez Coral

Isabel has been behind the digital transformation that the bank, one of the largest financial institutions in Colombia, is currently undergoing. Since 2018, she has served as Vice President of Sustainability and Corporate Services, where she leads challenges such as sustainable financing, rebranding, improving the customer experience, attracting and retaining talent and capturing efficiencies. She holds a degree in electronics and telecommunications engineering and a master’s degree in business administration, finance and telecommunications economics. She studied arbitration at Harvard and diversity and inclusion at Stanford. She is a promoter of gender equality and an entrepreneurial advisor.
