Isela Costantini is CEO of GST Grupo Financiero. In 2012, she became the first woman to lead an automotive company in Argentina, when she took over as CEO of General Motors for Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. After her departure, in 2016 she was appointed president of Aerolíneas Argentinas. Currently, she is also a member of the Advisory Council of CIPPEC and an independent member of the boards of Bladex and Barrick Gold, among others.
