He is one of the founders of Corporación Inmobiliaria Vesta, an industrial real estate developer, which debuted this year on the New York Stock Exchange. Berho, who currently chairs the company’s board of directors, is accelerating its growth plan in the face of strong demand for nearshoring. Vesta plans to complete a portfolio of projects valued at US$1.1 billion by 2025, two years earlier than originally planned.
