Leticia Gonçalves is one of the world’s main food industry executives. She is the global president of ADM, responsible for the portfolio of ingredients and solutions used in the food industry, including new areas such as alternative proteins. Previously, she worked more than 20 years at Monsanto, most recently as senior vice president and US head. She has a leadership role in topics such as diversity and inclusion and in sustainable agriculture. She holds a degree in chemical engineering from the University of São Paulo and has an executive MBA from Katz Business School.
