After achieving unicorn status last year, the Colombian proptech has embarked on an expansion plan with more than 30,000 families in the region having sold or purchased their homes through its platform. Habi already operates in more than 15 cities in Colombia and Mexico. The company has closed key transactions this year, such as a US$100 million financing agreement with Victory Park Capital (VPC), which specializes in private credit, for home purchases in Colombia.
