Felipe and Marcela Noble Herrera inherited Argentina’s main media conglomerate, Grupo Clarín, from their mother, Ernestina Herrera de Noble. After the merger between Cablevisión and Telecom in 2017, Felipe and Marcela currently own 15.2% of Telecóm S.A. and 35.5% of Grupo Clarín. In the first half of 2020, the group’s income reached 10,232.9 million Argentina pesos, a 28.6% decrease compared to the same period in 2019, according to a report by the company. This was explained by fewer sales in the Printing and Publishing sector and lower advertising revenue in all segments, said Clarín.
