Grupo Águia Branca, one of the largest in Espírito Santo, has been chaired since 2019 by Renan Chieppe. Between 2015 and 2018, Décio Luiz Chieppe had lead the conglomerate. The air transport business, in which it has a relevant stake in the Azul airline, has expanded and given the Group a nationwide reach, which also operates in passenger transport, logistics, and vehicle sales.
