She is one of the executives who has worked the most for the equality of women in corporate governments. She was president of the Terpel Organization between 2012 and 2020. She has served on the boards of directors of Bancolombia, ETB and Corona. She is currently the president of the Board of Directors of GeoPark, with operations and platforms in Colombia, Ecuador, Chile, Brazil and Argentina. In 2020 the company had a production of 40,046 barrels of oil equivalent (boped). She has been recognized by Merco as one of the most reputable Colombian executives and received the National Order of Merit for her role during the post-conflict Colombia.
