Connie de Paiz

Connie Beneitez de Paiz is the first woman to be appointed president of the Guatemala Exporters Association (Agexport) for the 2019-2021 term. As the CEO of Panifresh, she is a well-known businesswoman. The company provides wheat products to prestigious restaurant chains in Central America, Mexico, the U.S., and the Caribbean. Recently, the company expanded its exports to Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia. She has led social and humanitarian aid projects as president of Voces Vitales Guatemala. She was also named Manager of the Year in 2018 by the Association of Managers of Guatemala (AGG).
