Liliane Rocha

Having been a specialist in sustainability and diversity in large companies for 16 years , Liliane Rocha is the founder and CEO of Gestão Kairós, a sustainability and diversity consultancy firm. She is also a member of different diversity advisory boards, such as Novelis do Brasil, and CEO’s Legacy - a joint initiative of Fundação Dom Cabral and the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance. She has been recognized for three consecutive years as one of the 101 Global Diversity and Inclusion Leaders by the World HRD Congress.
