Ana Karina Bortoni Dias

Ana Karina Bortoni Dias is the president of banco BMG and an independent member of Iguatemi’s board of directors. She worked almost two decades at McKinsey consulting firm, of which nine years were as a partner. She was chairman of BMG’s board in 2019 before being invited to take the executive helm of the mining bank, in which she has been leading the digital transformation and expansion process.
