Cintya Añaños Alcazar

Cintya Añaños Alcázar is general manager of Industrial San Miguel (ISM) Peru, where she is in charge of the company’s production operations, sales management and distribution of soft drinks. Grupo ISM was founded in 1988 by Jorge Añaños as a family business in the midst of the armed conflict and terrorism that plagued Peru between the 1980s and 1990s. The company has operations in Peru, Chile, Brazil, the Dominican Republic and Haiti, and has a broad portfolio of beverage brands in those markets.
