Hector is president of Rizek Cacao, one of the most largest export companies in the Dominican Republic and which manages a high percentage of organic cocoa production, processing and export. Last year the company received AENOR certification. The group has local stores and a boutique of its Kahkow chocolate line in Brooklyn, New York.
