Leonel Andrade

Leonel Andrade is the CEO of CVC Corp, Latin America’s largest tourism group. With stints at Smiles and Visa, Leonel took over the command of the company with the mission to digitalize the operation and pull it out of a financial crisis, aggravated by the pandemic, and which involved the renegotiation of a gross debt that now totals about R$1 billion. The company is betting on the resumption of tourism, e-commerce and the new format of its stores, with a net revenue that has skyrocketed 133.5% in the last 12 months.
