Miguel Galuccio is the president of Vista Energy. Prior to the role, he was head of energy company YPF from 2012 to 2016, before partnering with Juan Garoby, Alejandro Cherñacov and Pablo Vera Pinto to create Vista Oil & Gas, a firm that plans to double its oil production by 2026. At the end of 2021, the fifth-largest oil producer and operator in Argentina expanded its participation in the Vaca Muerta field.
