Rafael Steinhauser is cofounder and CEO of special purpose vehicle (SPAC) Alpha Capital, the first Brazilian technology company resulting from a merger with a SPAC to be listed on the US stock exchange. In August 2022, Alpha Capital merged with Semantix, traded on Nasdaq. With a corporate background, Steinhauser has been president of Cisco and Qualcomm and is chairman of EBAC, an online arts school.
