Regina Ferreira

Regina Ferreira is CEO of Hutu Casting, an agency dedicated to black models for advertising. The agency was created in 2019 with the goal of inserting models into the job market. The idea came from Ferreira’s experience as a model and event producer. There she noticed the white majority in the environment, which reserved the space of “diversity” for blacks, and not only those of professional models. The goal of the agency, says Ferreira, is “to do for others what they have not done for me”.
