Omar Perdomo is the founder, together with Salua García Fakih, of Symplifica, the company they created in 2016 to affiliate and manage the payments of domestic workers. Since its launch it has impacted 17.000 female workers. The company is currently launching extra-legal benefits to continue improving the quality of life of its affiliates, and has recently closed a US$3.5 million financing round with which it will strengthen its expansion in Mexico.
