From transport to digital retail. Ricardo Weder’s bid to found and manage the online supermarket Jüsto proved positive as more people opted to buy groceries from home in the last two years. He is now dedicated to expanding the company’s operations to other markets in Latin America, such as Peru. In the midst of the crisis faced by some startups as the funding tap has been turned off, Weder has focused on increasing the number of users and the company’s profitability. In the last year, Jüsto has raised more than $250 million and is projected to be the next Mexican unicorn.
