Michelle Freyre

Michelle Freyre is global president of Clinique and Origins at Estée Lauder Company. With 25 years of experience in leadership roles, born to a Cuban father and Dominican mother, she was named one of the most powerful Latinas in business on Fortune’s list (2019 and 2018), and was honored as the 2018 Working Mother of the Year. She was also recognized in the Top 10 2017 LATINA Corporate Executives of the Year, and also featured among People En Español’s 25 most influential women in 2017. She was honored with a CEW Achiever Award in 2016 in recognition of her contributions to the beauty industry.
