Eduardo Pérez Marchant is 43 years old, has a degree in commercial engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and an MBA and MPP from the University of Chicago. He assumed the general management of Parque Arauco in May 2022, after holding other positions in the company, which does business in Chile, Peru and Colombia.
Last year, the real estate developer and operator posted a profit increase of 331.1% over 2021, recovering from the pandemic. Before working at Parque Arauco, Pérez Marchant was a university professor and held various positions at McKinsey & Company, Falabella and Banco Santander, among other companies. He is on the board of directors of Clínica Indisa, located in Santiago, Chile.
