Guillermo Castillo Villacorta is currently a director of the Board of Directors of HC Holding, S.A. Until 2022, he was general manager of Cervecería Centro Americana, S.A., one of the largest business groups in Central America. Cervecería Centro Americana was founded in 1886 by the Castillo Córdova brothers and during the leadership of Guillermo Castillo the company consolidated its expansion. Currently, the firm has a presence in 34 countries and 30 production plants in various product segments and has another division that produces food products. On the other hand, Castillo not only limited himself to business management, but also developed philanthropic activities: as director of the Castillo Hermanos group, in 2022 he led a $15 million investment in the implementation of the Guatemalans for Nutrition project, with the objective of collaborating to eradicate malnutrition in the country.
