Martín Migoya is one of the four co-founders of the multinational software company Globant, a Buenos Aires-based company that he has led since 2003. Globant has offices in more than 15 countries on four continents, and over the last two years has adopted an inorganic growth strategy, having completed nine acquisitions since January 2022. This year, Globant acquired Experience IT (USA) and Pentalog (France). During the same period, Globant reported record quarterly results, with sales resilient to the global context of lower liquidity during the first half of 2023. In the first quarter of this year, the company’s revenue grew 17.7% year-on-year to US$472.4 million.
