Gisele Paula used customer complaints to become an entrepreneur and left an executive career to open her own business when she co-founded Reclame Aqui. Gisele stayed with the company from its creation, in 2011, until December 2019. With 20 years’ experience in customer service, in January 2020 she founded Instituto Cliente Feliz – a consulting company for customer intelligence companies.
