Flavia Bittencourt has been CEO of Adidas in Latin America since September 2021. Previously, she led the company’s operations in Brazil, being the first woman to hold the position in the sports brand. A chemical engineer from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral, Bittencourt was senior vice president of Latin America and general manager of Brazil at Sephora from 2013 to 2019. She is also a board member of TIM Brazil and BRF.
