Starting in September 2022, Laura Cruz presides over Mastercard’s North and Caribbean Division. Cruz has been with the payment processing company for 11 years, beginning as Director of Strategic Planning. Throughout more than a decade, she has held various positions, including Country Manager for Mexico, Executive Vice President of Sales for Mexico, and CEO of Mastercard for Mexico. Additionally, Cruz engages in financial inclusion activities and has been recognized by the Women Economic Forum Iberoamerica.
