Casalino is Microsoft’s chief financial officer (CFO) for the Americas. He grew up in Peru and began working for the tech company when it opened its sales office in Lima in 1996. In 1999 he emigrated to the U.S. to continue his career at the company founded by Bill Gates. Casalino has since held sales and finance leadership positions in different markets around the globe.
