Mariangela Molina is the co-founder and CEO of Leather Heart, the first Venezuelan B-company that converts second-hand clothing and textile waste into plush toy models. Thus, she not only reduces the ecological footprint, but also creates jobs for local seamstresses and helps feed children from Venezuelan communities with the sale of her products. Since 2018, more than 25,000 meals have been donated. In addition to expanding their plush toy models (they already have six), they now also make flannels and face masks with the same triple impact: economic, social and environmental.
