Andrea Roth

Andrea Roth became the first female president of the Uruguayan Exporters Union in 2018. During that time, she led the coordination with the government and the various companies involved in the value chain of a booming sector of the Uruguayan economy, which in 2021 reached record placements of goods for US$11.54 billion. In 2022, ithe union is positioned to surpass the figures achieved the previous year. Roth is also involved in the pharmaceutical industry, where she has been a director of the Apiter laboratory since 2001.
