Courtney McColgan is a serial entrepreneur who has set up companies in Silicon Valley and, more recently, in Mexico. During her stint as Chief Marketing Officer of Cabify, she faced tge challenge of compiling information on the payroll and jobs of her more than 200 colleagues. When looking for a solution and not finding one, she decided to develop Runa, a tech solution that allows the management of payroll and information regarding work teams. After launching the service in Mexico, she has made public her plans to expand the business to other points on the continent.
