The operator of dark kitchens and developer of virtual restaurants currently serves the Colombian and Mexican markets. The startup was founded in 2019 by Daniela Izquierdo and Juan Guillermo Azuero. It recently raised US$15 million in a round led by Silicon Valley investors, with which it plans to continue its rapid expansion in the region.
