Thiago Picolo is CEO of the chain Hortifruti Natural da Terra, considered Brazil’s largest retailer of fresh products, with a focus on fruits and vegetables. He has worked for robust companies, such as Grupo Technos and B2W, and graduated from Harvard University. In August 2021, Thiago led the sale of Hortifruti Natural da Terra to Americanas S.A. for approximately R$2,1 billion (about US$371 million). The CEO is also acknowledged for accelerating the digitization of the format of produce sales.
