The acceleration of e-commerce during the pandemic catapulted 99minutos, the delivery and logistics company founded by Alexis Patjane in 2013, focused on last-mile deliveries. In 2020 the company increased its revenues by more than 200% and in June 2021 closed a US$40 million financing round that included the participation of Prosus Ventures and Kaszek Ventures. Patjane’s challenge is to be 75% faster than his competitors. Among the stores it has conquered are Linio, Amazon, Walmart, Soriana, MercadoLibre and Natura. The company currently operates in Mexico, Chile, Peru and Colombia.
