Andrés Martínez Sánchez Hidalgo was able to create his own concept of collaborative work with Publico. With several locations in Mexico City (from Condesa to Las Lomas, to Reforma Avenue’s financial corridor to Polanco), Publico has become a strong rival to global brands such as WeWork in the communal office space. And it does so with its own signature, creating offerings that blend functionality with design and a very local distinguishing feature: the warm hospitality provided by its staff members. Despite the pandemic, Publico not only kept its doors open, but also expanded its portfolio of offerings to open industrial and corporate business lines, as well as preparing to enter the hotel and housing business.
