With Quantum Talent, Munenari Yamakawa and Carlos Ganoza Durant offer software for recrutiment and personnel selection using artificial intelligence. Founded in 2016 and based in Wilmington, Delaware, the company aims to connect to more than 100 million unemployed Latin Americans with jobs in which they will be successful. With the platform, the executives Alvaro Collas, Carlos Ganoza and Munenari Yamakawa won the MIT Initiative for the Digital Economy for the most innovative startups in the labor inclusion sphere, and it was also one of the 10 global startups chosen for the Blackbox program in Sillicon Valley.
