Elizabeth Nieto

In March 2021, Argentine-born Elizabeth Nieto brought all of her experience in human resources to Spotify, where she took up a leadership role overseeing the company’s diversity, inclusion, social impact and sustainability efforts. Prior to her arrival at the world’s leading music streaming service, Nieto worked in similar areas at companies such as Amazon, MetLife, Marsh and Citigroup. She was recognized by the Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA) as one of the 50 best Latinas in the United States in 2019 and 2020.
