Brazilian executive Ivana Ferreira leads the listing of Latin American companies on Nasdaq, the stock exchange that focuses on technology. She is in charge of enabling prospective startups and profitable companies to go public, usually through IPOs. The list of Latin American companies that have adopted this route in recent years includes Brazilians such as XP, Inter, Stone and Arco and Uruguay’s dLocal, among others. Ivana has worked at Nasdaq for almost ten years and holds a BBA from Northeastern University.
