Joe Echevarría

Joe Echevarría has a long career as a board member of some of the most relevant companies in the US. After completing his tenure as CEO of Deloitte (2011-2014), where he worked for more than three decades, Echevarría bolstered his membership as an independent director at Pfizer, Unum Group and Xerox. In addition, since 2021 he has been executive VP of health affairs at the University of Miami (his alma mater) and is CEO of UHealth, the health system of the same institution. Since 2015, Echevarría is also independent chairman of the Board of Directors of BNY Mellon, one of the largest investment firms in the US.
