Marcos Rodríguez

Marcos Rodriguez is the founder of one of the oldest minority-owned private equity firms in the US. Founded in 1997, the firm manages more than $3 billion in assets. Without forgetting its roots, Palladium is also one of the investment firms with the best diversity practices by including a high percentage of minority executives on its team. In fact, nearly two-thirds of its partners and three-quarters of all its employees are members of a minority group. Rodriguez is a General Electric veteran with experience in Mexico and France.
