Nina Vaca

Nina Vaca likes to say that entrepreneurship is in her blood. The daughter of Ecuadorian immigrants, she founded Pinnacle Group in 1996 and took it from a handful of clients in the human resources services industry to a giant that provides solutions to hundreds of telecommunications and technology companies. Vaca has been a global ambassador for US entrepreneurship and is considered the most influential Latina in her industry in the country. True to her mission, Vaca is President Emeritus of the US Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC), an organization with more than 3.2 million members in the United States.
