Laura Castro

In 2023, Laura Castro experienced a significant change in her life. The Mexican executive packed her bags and moved to Ford Motor’s headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan to begin her new role as Global Director of Ford Business Solutions Operations (FBS) in February. Castro’s responsibilities include providing product development, engineering, and finance services for Ford’s areas around the world. This global promotion comes after years of leading the division in Mexico and a 20-year career at the second-largest U.S. automaker.
