Marcia Esteves

Marcia Esteves, current CEO and partner at Lew’Lara/TBWA, will be the first woman to lead Abap, the Brazilian Association of Advertising Agencies, in its more than 70-year history. The professional will stand for election at the end of March for the post of the entity’s president for the 2023 to 2025 period. With a career spanning more than 20 years, Esteves is one of the most-awarded professionals in the country and is also vice-president of the board of Amcham, the American Chamber in Brazil, and has been recognized for her work defending gender equity in the market.
