Alejandro González Iñárritu

Winner of four Oscars and many other awards, the Mexican director, screenwriter, producer and composer who started as a radio announcer in the eighties has emerged as as one of the most acclaimed filmmakers in Hollywood today, with films such as Amores Perros, 21 Grams, Babel, ‘Birdman, The Revenant and Bardo, the most recent. In 2019 he became the first Latin American director to head the jury at the Cannes Film Festival.
