Gilberto Tomazoni

Gilberto Tomazoni is the global CEO of JBS, the largest animal protein processing company in the world. He arrived at the company in 2013 to head the poultry unit, after 27 years at Sadia, where he also served as president. At JBS, he participated in the acquisition of Seara and subsequently replaced the founding Batista family at the helm of the company as of 2018. He has been leading the strategy to strengthen JBS’s image in compliance with ESG principles.
